Hiring for Faith Formation and Maintenance

As most of you know, one of our longtime parishioners and trustees at St. Dominic, Jeanne Bitkers, is currently serving at the Director of Faith Formation this year. She is doing so as an unpaid volunteer, which is extraordinarily generous of her. One of the many blessings of having Jeanne serve in this capacity is that it has given us some additional time to reflect on our staffing needs for faith formation.

The first need is to hire a salaried, full-time staff member to serve as our long-term Director. The second is to hire an hourly, part-time staff member to offer some additional administrative support as well as some support for our high school program. The two positions we are hiring for are as follows:

- Director of Child and Youth Formation (full time)
- Faith Formation Administrative Coordinator &Youth Formation Assistant (20-25 hours/week)

We are also looking to hire a Custodial & Maintenance Worker. This position can either be part-time or full-time depending on the interest and availability of the candidate.
